Do I need to know anything about AI before the call?

No. Even if today is the first day you’ve thought about using AI properly, the engagement starts at the basics. The point is to end up with a working system and the ability to run it.

Can I use this with confidential client documents?

Yes, and that’s a large part of the point. The setup uses a no-training tool tier, a redact-before-paste habit, and separate locked-down environments, so you can put AI to work on sensitive material without exposing client data. It sets up safe AI usage, not legal or compliance advice.

How does pricing work?

Audits are priced up front: $799 for a one-day diagnostic, $3,995 for a full audit week. Half the fee credits toward your build. The build is quoted from what the audit finds; most ongoing engagements run $3,000 to $6,000 a month, and bounded builds are quoted as a fixed number. You see every number before you commit.

Which system should I pick?

What do I need before the call?

An active Claude account (any plan, free is fine to start), uninterrupted time for the audit, and answers to a short pre-call form I’ll send when you book.

Can my whole team use this?

Yes. The systems run on your own Claude account, so the team works from the same context and handoffs stay clean. We scope the setup on the call.

What happens when you leave?

That’s planned from week one. Every system comes with a written runbook, you learn it as it’s built, and you keep the accounts, the tools, and the capability. After handover you can keep me on call for a quarterly review or an ad-hoc tune-up. No lock-in.

What about ChatGPT or Gemini?
