Fractional AI Lead · Melbourne

One system that knows your whole business.

I build it on the tools you already own, run it with you weekly, and hand it over.

Audits from $799. Leave with a plan you can act on, or you get a full refund.

A paid audit maps where AI pays off in your business, in numbers from your own workflows. Then we build it, month to month, on your own Claude account. Then I hand over the keys, so you run it without me.

The handoveryours

Every engagement ends in a runbook and a handover. The goal is you running it without me, not renting me forever.

Your week is full of work AI could do.

You’ve never had it set up to actually help, so the work piles up. You answer the same emails, redo the same documents, and the AI that could clear it sits unused.

And the marketing that would grow the business only happens when you find a spare evening. You rarely do. The tooling isn’t hard. Nobody set it up to fit how you work.

I built that setup. I run it daily.

AI runs underneath my whole business. It took months to refine. Yours won’t take that long, because I’ve already made the mistakes.

Big companies are hiring full-time AI leads on six-figure salaries to do this work. A small firm can’t carry that hire, and doesn’t need to. You need a fraction of one: a day or two a week, for as long as the build takes, and then you run it yourself.

“Not a chatbot I open now and then, but a system that knows my work, remembers it, and does it with me.”
The solution · how I run Nile AI

Two systems. One runs the work. One wins the work.

02 systems Every engagement starts with a paid audit. Most businesses start with operations; marketing leans on it.

01

AI Operations System

How the work gets done. For a business where the recurring back-office work still queues behind the owner. Built on your own Claude account.

What it does
  • Turns a week of messy notes into clean, structured client and project records.
  • Drafts your follow-up emails and proposals in your voice, ready to send.
  • Lines up your options (quotes, plans, next steps) into one clear table.
  • Pulls scattered admin into a single list of who to chase and what’s due.
  • Researches a prospect or a question and hands you a one-page brief.
  • Tracks tasks, deadlines, and the work only you can do, so the rest runs without you.

Before: 90 minutes turning a week of notes into records or writing documents. After: 10 minutes checking what’s already drafted and saved.

Best if you want the back office running itself while you do the work that grows the business.

02

AI Marketing System

How the work gets won. For a business that needs consistent, always-on marketing without a full-time hire. Built on your own Claude account.

What it does
  • Drafts on-brand content in your voice, ready to schedule: posts, emails, articles.
  • Turns one brief into a week of channel-ready assets, not a blank page each time.
  • Keeps every message consistent with your positioning and tone.
  • Researches markets, competitors, and angles, and hands you a one-page brief.
  • Tracks what’s working so the next campaign starts from proof, not guesswork.
Example

Before: one person writes every post, whenever they find time. After: a consistent publishing rhythm the system drafts and you approve.

Best if you know marketing matters but cannot justify a full-time marketer yet.

Clarity first. Automation second.

01

The audit.

A day for a solo operation, a week for a team, inside your real tools. We find the hours going to work AI should be doing, where client data is at risk, and what the fix is worth, in your own numbers. You keep the written plan either way.

02

The build.

One working session a week. One build increment shipped into your real tools. One short written update. Every month we agree the next target, so you always know what we’re building and why.

03

The handover.

I stay on while it beds in, then hand over the keys. Runbooks, training as we go, your accounts throughout. The goal is your team running it without me, and I say that upfront.

You end up owning it. Hours back. Nothing leaking.

Proof: a real task, reclaimed.

Before

The founder, doing every step by hand.

  • Download each new product and read all its information.
  • Build the presentation from it, slide by slide.
  • Record the video with a manual voiceover, in one sitting.
  • Then launch it to the franchisee network.

Five hours, every product.

After

The founder, checking what’s already made.

  • The product information is read and structured for her.
  • The presentation is drafted in her format, ready to review.
  • The training video is produced and ready to launch.
  • She checks it, approves it, and it goes out.

Thirty minutes, on her own tools.

Case study: a Melbourne franchise founder launching product training to her franchisee network. Five hours down to 30 minutes.

What every engagement includes.

Book a call to scope it

We scope your audit on the call, at a price published up front. The build is quoted from what the audit finds, and half your audit fee credits toward it.

  1. Built in your own Claude account and your own tools. You own all of it from day one (MCP integrations where they fit).

  2. Privacy built into the setup, safe by structure not by memory (locked-down project, redaction discipline, no-training tool tier).

  3. A short written runbook for every system installed, so you know exactly how to run it.

  4. Handover as the stated goal: training as we go, then an on-call option after. A quarterly review or an ad-hoc tune-up, no lock-in.

Handle sensitive client work? You don’t have to choose between AI and privacy.

If your work touches client data, this matters. Use AI on the sensitive stuff without leaking customer information.

The engagement handles it by structure, not willpower. Privacy stops being something you remember every time and becomes built into how the system is set up. That discipline comes from two decades handling data inside enterprise IT, ANZ and Westpac among them.

No-training tool tier

A provider that commits in writing never to train on your data.

Redact before paste

Personal details are stripped out before anything reaches a prompt.

Locked-down environments

Separate spaces where the AI itself refuses to echo sensitive content back.

The setup builds safe AI usage. It isn’t compliance or legal advice.

Honest qualification, both ways.

This is for you if

  • You run an owner-led business, roughly five to a hundred people, and too much still runs through you.
  • You want AI built right, on the tools you already own, by someone who has done it inside enterprise and small business both.
  • You want the capability in-house when I leave, not a dependency on an agency.

This is not for you if

  • You’re just curious about AI. Free intros are everywhere, and the kits below are free. Start there.
  • You’re a one-person operation. You’re still welcome: the one-day diagnostic and the kits exist for you. The ongoing engagement is built for teams.
  • You want someone to run your ads and channels forever. That’s an agency, not me.

The operator

Who you’re hiring.

Most business technology feels like a second job. I make it a tool you use on a Monday morning without thinking. I’m an IBM Master Certified IT Specialist, a peer-validated rank fewer than 3,000 people hold globally, earned over six and a half years at IBM.

I don’t deal in AI theory; I deal in daily execution. I’ve been an advanced, daily operator of AI systems since January, running a custom stack of skills and integrations, backed by the full Anthropic course slate this year. The systems I build for you are the exact frameworks I run my own businesses on, reconfigured entirely for your needs.

For over two decades I’ve taken complex, intimidating technology and stripped away the noise so business owners can use it. That includes enterprise infrastructure for ANZ, Westpac, Myer and Ausgrid, where handling data safely wasn’t optional. It’s the same discipline behind the privacy built into every engagement.

Ready to start? I run a small number of engagements at once, and the roster is close to full. When it fills, the audit price steps up. Book a call to scope it →

Leave your audit with a plan you can act on, or you get a full refund.

The audit is a working deliverable, not a meeting. One day for a solo operation, a week for a team. It ends with a written plan you can act on, with me or without me. The audit is paid when you book, and if you finish it without that plan, you get a full refund.

  • you attend the audit sessions
  • you have a Claude account (any plan, free works)
  • you complete the brief pre-audit tasks I send beforehand
Do I need to know anything about AI before the call?

No. Even if today is the first day you’ve thought about using AI properly, the engagement starts at the basics. The point is to end up with a working system and the ability to run it.

Can I use this with confidential client documents?

Yes, and that’s a large part of the point. The setup uses a no-training tool tier, a redact-before-paste habit, and separate locked-down environments, so you can put AI to work on sensitive material without exposing client data. It sets up safe AI usage, not legal or compliance advice.

How does pricing work?

Audits are priced up front: $799 for a one-day diagnostic, $3,995 for a full audit week. Half the fee credits toward your build. The build is quoted from what the audit finds; most ongoing engagements run $3,000 to $6,000 a month, and bounded builds are quoted as a fixed number. You see every number before you commit.

Which system should I pick?

If the bottleneck is the back office, the AI Operations System. If it’s consistent marketing without a hire, the AI Marketing System. Most businesses start with operations, because marketing leans on it. We choose together on the call.

What do I need before the call?

An active Claude account (any plan, free is fine to start), uninterrupted time for the audit, and answers to a short pre-call form I’ll send when you book.

Can my whole team use this?

Yes. The systems run on your own Claude account, so the team works from the same context and handoffs stay clean. We scope the setup on the call.

What happens when you leave?

That’s planned from week one. Every system comes with a written runbook, you learn it as it’s built, and you keep the accounts, the tools, and the capability. After handover you can keep me on call for a quarterly review or an ad-hoc tune-up. No lock-in.

What about ChatGPT or Gemini?

Different tools, different setup. I go deep on one platform, Claude, so your setup is built properly and privately, not spread thin across three tools that half-work. If you need help across multiple AI tools, book a call and we’ll talk it through.
